Rev. Paul G Hoffmann

Pastor Paul Hoffmann is serving the Senior community of Redeemer Lutheran Church by making visits to those in need or homebound, hosting a monthly senior luncheon and occassionally preaching the Sunday sermon.

Pastor Paul retired from full-time congregational ministry in 2007. He started his ministry as a vicar/intern in 1969 at Zion Lutheran Church in San Luis Obispo, California, and served his first call as Assistant Pastor at The Lutheran Church of Saint Andrew in Silver Spring, Maryland, then as Pastor at Grace Lutheran Church in Woodbridge, Virginia (Southeastern District), Senior Pastor at Bethel Lutheran Church in Dallas, Texas (Texas District), and as Senior Pastor of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Los Gatos, California. 

Since retiring he has served as an Interim/Vacancy Pastor at Saint Mark, Kaneohe Hawaii, Mount Olive, Milpitas, and Our Redeemer, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Pastor Paul is serving in our California-Nevada-Hawaii District as a regional vice-president, a Circuit Counselor, Board of Adjudication, chairman of the Stewardship Committee, and Pastoral Advisor to the CNH Lutheran Laymen's League.  In the Santa Clara Valley he has served on the Board of Directors of Sunny View Lutheran Home, and the VNA Health Ministry Advisory Committee.
